Because each piece is handmade — often made to order — we treat returns with care and honesty.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was confirmed, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a remake, repair, or fair resolution.

Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless there is a craftsmanship fault on our side. Colour and size variations inherent to handmade work are part of the charm and not typically considered defects.

Change of mind before we begin making: let us know promptly and we’ll cancel without fuss where work hasn’t started.
